The Santa Cruz Quakes AAU girls basketball organization is holding open tryouts for high school players on Saturday, March 7th at 2:00 PM at Scotts Valley High School. We plan on having a JV and a Varsity team, however, if there is enough interest we will also have a 9th grade team. The teams will play in the Pacific District AAU Spring Tournament Series. The tournaments begin on March 21st and end on May 3rd. The high school teams will play in six tournaments, which equals out to 18 games. The tournaments are held on the weekends and the teams will practice one night during the week. Five of the six tournaments are in the Bay Area.
